As part of the All-Russian clean-up on April 22 for the 65 complex Naberezhnye Chelny hosted an eco-race in the format of plogging. Its participants combined sports with garbage collection. In 45 minutes, more than 100 activists collected 200 bags of garbage. Residents of Naberezhnye Chelny, united in teams of five people, not only collected garbage, but also sorted it for further processing.

Within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, ecologists of territorial administrations, activists, volunteers and simply caring residents actively participate in campaigns and continue to restore order in the districts of the Republic.

Within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, another air survey of the districts of Tatarstan was conducted. On April 23, during the raid, the territories of Kazan, Vysokogorsky, Atninsky, Arsky, Baltasinsky, Kukmorsky, Sabinsky, Tyulyachinsky and Pestrechinsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan were examined.  

The All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Lomonosov Readings" for students of grades 5-9 was held in the Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth No. 1 of Naberezhnye Chelny. Experts of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan were invited as members of the jury.

Within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and employees of the GBU "Road Safety" conducted a joint raid to control the sanitary and ecological condition of road service facilities, right-of-way lanes and roadside lanes of public roads in the territory of the Nurlatsky district.

The results of the Republican contest of environmental propaganda teams "Let's save the planet together!" were summed up in the Nikolskaya school of Laishevsky district. The event was held within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period. The competition was timed to coincide with the International Earth Day, which is celebrated on April 22.

Today, at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov reported on the interim results of the sanitary and ecological two-month period in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the project "Recycling School: Electronics" on April 17 and 18, waste of electronic and electrical equipment was collected in Kazan, Kukmor, Arsk and in the village of Vysokaya Gora. Budgetary institutions, their subordinate organizations, kindergartens, schools and caring residents of Tatarstan have handed over more than 10 tons of electrical waste for disposal. All the collected machinery and electrical equipment will be transferred for processing to a specialized ecological combine.

Non-governmental Environmental Foundation named after V. I. Vernadsky announces the start of the II All-Russian competition "Ecological coat of arms: to know to preserve". This year the competition will be held for the second time. Due to the relevance and social significance of the topic, it has become widespread, and attracted a large number of participants. Last year, the competition received more than 1,700 applications from 80 subjects of the Russian Federation. 

Ecologists of the Zakamsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan met with volunteers of the Helping Hand group in Nizhnekamsk and handed over humanitarian aid for the participants of the special operation. Medical devices and fabrics were purchased with the collected funds.  Nizhnekamsk volunteers are now sewing tactical fabric stretchers, five-point pads, medical bandages, safety covers, camouflage nets and much more.
