100 bags of garbage were collected by participants of the "Clean up after yourself" campaign in Kazan

Specialists of the Prikamsky TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received a message from a resident of the Tukayevsky district. The man found a place where liquid waste was dumped into the Shilna River. Environmentalists promptly went to the place. During the survey of the territory, the fact of the violation was confirmed. Employees of the laboratory of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan took samples of wastewater and natural water, soil samples were also taken.

Within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, inspectors of the Zakamsky TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan together with employees of the GBU "Road Safety" conducted a joint raid. The sanitary and ecological conditions of road service facilities, right-of-way lanes and roadside lanes of regional and intermunicipal highways in the territory of the Zainsky district were monitored.

Every year on May 26, the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship is celebrated, established by the Decree of the President of Russia. The jubilee, X Nevsky International Environmental Congress is taking place these days in St. Petersburg.  Experts from the CIS countries gathered here to discuss issues of conservation and enhancement of natural resources, implementation of environmental initiatives and adaptation to global changes. Over two days, more than a dozen round tables and panel discussions will be held at the site. The Republic of Tatarstan was represented at the Nevsky Congress by the Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov.

On May 26, at 9:00, a general cleaning will be held on the territory of the Lower Zarechye beach as part of the All-Russian "Clean up after Yourself" campaign. The event is timed to coincide with the X Nevsky International Environmental Congress. Tatarstan, among the 10 flagship regions, will be in direct contact with the participants of the Nevsky Congress in the format of a teleconference. Large-scale clean-up days will be held all over the country.

The eco-lesson was conducted by specialists of the Zavolzhsky TA at the R. Z.  Sagdeev school in Buinsk. The event was held within the framework of the regional environmental week of the X Nevsky International Congress. They talked about the forest fauna and reminded the students of the rules of behavior in nature in the summer. Ecologists shared with third graders important rules of respect for nature. For example, do not waste water, do not burn garbage, do not break trees and plants, turn off the light when it is not needed.
