The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation reminds entrepreneurs about state support measures and rights under state control
Every year on May 26, the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship is celebrated, established by the Decree of the President of Russia. On the eve of this day, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has released a series of educational videos about the rights of businessmen and current measures of state support. A special series of videos was created by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with the participation of the Center for Institutional Development of control (supervisory) Activities of the CSR Foundation. The series includes three videos: "Checks: just about the main thing" tells about the rights of an entrepreneur during inspections, "To an entrepreneur about a warning" — about the rights of entrepreneurs in case of receiving a warning, the third video gives an overview of the current measures of state support for business. After watching the videos, the entrepreneur will be able to familiarize himself with the algorithms of actions after receiving a notification of an inspection or a warning from the supervisory authority, he will learn what a businessman should do if he disagrees with the warning, how exactly the inspection will take place, which documents are automatically extended for 2023, and much more.
