Director of the Department of State Policy and Regulation in the Field of water Resources of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia Roman Minukhin paid a working visit to Tatarstan. Together with the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov, he got acquainted with the progress of work being implemented within the framework of the national project "Ecology".

Unauthorized storage of waste was revealed by ecologists of the Prikamsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in the village of Kolosovka of the Yelabuga district. The area of the contaminated site was 420 sq.m.

The Kazan Digital Week – 2023 International Forum will be held in Kazan on September 20-22 at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. The forum participants will be manufacturers and users of digital technologies, software, and high-tech products. Maxim Yermoshin, a representative of the developer of the IT company Etton-Center LLC, will tell about the digital platform of the ecology and nature management industry. He will make a presentation at a round table in the section "Digital platforms and ways of integration into public administration".

In Zelenodolsk district, work continues on clearing the riverbed of the Bag in the village of Ivanovskoye. Work began in June of this year. The project provides for excavation of bottom sediments to clear the riverbed, uprooting of trees and shrubs, the formation of slopes and compensation for damage to fish stocks. At the moment, the main stage is underway, 750 meters of the river have already been cleared, in total, 2 kilometers of the river will have to be cleared by 2025.

Exactly 10 years ago, on September 4, the first Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Anatoly Ivanovich Shchepovskikh passed away. Veterans of the Ministry of Ecology, employees of the department and Deputy Minister of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Manidicheva today honored his memory with a funeral rally at the cemetery of the Oryol rural settlement in Laishevsky district, where the outstanding ecologist was buried.

Today in our section "Econevidal" we will tell you about the spring of Saints in the village of Karkali, Leninogorsk district. The source is located on Sovetskaya Street near the Leninogorsk-Shugurovo highway, passing through the entire village of Karakuli. The spring originates at the foot of the mountain slope, in the valley of the Lesnaya Sheshma River.

During the survey of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed unauthorized storage of waste. Used tires and car parts were stored on the Menzelinsky tract in Naberezhnye Chelny. The area of the cluttered territory was 375 sq.m, the volume of the landfill was 112.5 cubic meters.
