458 vehicles have been inspected by specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic since the beginning of Operation Clean Air. The raids have been going on since June 1 together with the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, and since 2024 - with the interregional territorial directorate of Rostransnadzor for the Volga Federal District.

A visiting meeting on the further development of the specially protected natural area "Blue Lakes" was held today by the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The natural monument, popular among the citizens and guests of Kazan, began to experience more and more anthropogenic and recreational stress. The fact of dumping of household sewage in the river Chelna on the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny was revealed in August 2022. 

During the monitoring, inspectors of the Northern Department revealed the fact of wastewater discharge of Vodokanal-Service LLC into the Kazanka River in Arsk. Water samples were taken by specialists. According to the results of the study, the excess was revealed.

1.28 million rubles is the amount of damage caused to the environment as a result of illegal mining in the waters of the Ik River. Inspectors of the Priiksky territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan issued the first warning to the violator back in June 2022. 

Despite the end of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, monitoring of the territories continues. This includes the state geological supervision of licensed areas for the extraction of common minerals. 

In December 2023, inspectors of the Priiksky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan recorded illegal mining on agricultural lands. The damage from illegal actions was estimated at 400 thousand rubles.
