Today, veterans of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan visited a unique eco-farm located in the Shumbutsky forest. This trip, which was attended by 35 veterans of the department, was organized specifically for the Day of Kindness and Respect.

Comprehensive exercises aimed at working out actions in case of emergency oil spills were held in Almetyevsk and Arsky districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The commission included inspectors from the Southeastern and Northern departments of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Experts from the VTsIOM Analytical Center, together with the Federal Agency for Water Resources, summed up the results of a survey of Russians on the topic of water resources. According to the respondents, the topic of water is among the top 3 most pressing environmental issues, along with air quality and waste. The issues of the state of water bodies are by a wide margin ahead of the problem of forest depletion.

Earlier, inspectors of the Priiksky department discovered a violation of environmental legislation as part of the monitoring of Aznakaevo. Environmentalists have identified unauthorized waste storage on Almetyevsky Trakt Street.

Inspectors of the Kama Department traditionally visited veterans and thanked them for their many years of work, experience and professionalism in the field of nature protection.

The III All-Russian Children's Environmental Forum will be held in Chelyabinsk on October 14-15, 2025. The Republic of Tatarstan will be represented in the final of the competition by the Eco-heritage team with the Clear Sky project.

Igor Egorov, hero of the special military operation, conducted an environmental lesson for students of Almetyevsk Engineering School No. 26. Participant of the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" program turned a school class into a real expedition to the protected corners of the republic.

During the inspection of the territory of the Mamadyshsky district by inspectors of the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology, a violation of environmental legislation was revealed. In the village of Sokolka, environmentalists have identified the dumping of wood, household and plant waste, as well as waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings. The area of the illegal landfill is 72 square meters, and the volume is 29 cubic meters.

The autonomous non-profit organization "Scientific Research Center for the Conservation of Biological Diversity "Snow Leopard" announces the launch of the creative contest of drawings, crafts and posters "Snow Leopard". The event is timed to coincide with the International Leopard Day and is aimed at environmental education of the younger generation.
