In Aktobe village, the owner of a car wash received an order after an environmental check

As part of the on-site inspection, inspectors from the Priiksky department visited a car wash located in Aktyubinsky village on Sadashev Street, 1b.

It turned out that the car wash was not registered with the state as an object that has a negative impact on the environment.

To date, an individual entrepreneur has been warned against violating mandatory legal requirements and registering an object.

It should be recalled that according to Federal Law No. 7-FZ "On Environmental Protection", objects of categories I-III must be registered with an authorized federal or regional body, depending on the category of the object.
