Ilnar works in the Department of Geology of Solid Minerals of the Ministry of Ecology. He helps to preserve Tatarstan's natural resources. After graduating from Kazan Federal University in 2021, he immediately started working with us.

Ilnaz does not just work in the field of ecology — this is his life. At the age of 33, Ilnaz already heads the department of assessment of planned activities at the Ministry of Ecology, and his professional path is a vivid example of how dedication and love for his native land can determine the path of life.

"Even the smallest sprout inspires my admiration. I want to take care of it, to preserve it," admits Alsu Sharafutdinova, the heroine of the Ecology in persons column. We continue to talk about our young specialists.

Meet Alena Topunova— a young, energetic and very motivated girl who has already become an important part of our team.

Today, the heroine of our column is Lilia Salmanovna Kazakova. For almost 10 years now, she has been working in the Zavolzhsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology. A woman with an open and kind soul, our excellent inspector monitors the safety of the subsoil - one of the main riches of Tatarstan. 

Laysan Gabdulakhatova is a young inspector of the South–Eastern Territorial Administration. 

Autumn is the beginning of the school year. Most recently, this also applied to our employees, but now they are meeting September in the status of specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. Gulina Mukhametshina is a young inspector of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology.

Today in our section "Ecology in persons" we will tell you about our colleague Yevgeny Karpenko.

Yevgeny Karpenko graduated from the Kazan Higher Tank Command Red Banner School. In 2019, he joined the Ministry of Ecology.

Ruslan Mannapov is the head of the State Nature Reserve of Regional Significance of the complex profile "Kichke-Tan". He started his career in the field of nature protection back in 2011.

Yulia Gerasimova is a teacher of additional education at the Kazan City Children's Ecological and Biological Center.
