Alsu Sharafutdinova: with care for everyone — with love for the profession
"Even the smallest sprout inspires my admiration. I want to take care of it, to preserve it," admits Alsu Sharafutdinova, the heroine of the Ecology in persons column. We continue to talk about our young specialists.
Alsu joined the team of GBU NPO Geocenter RT in 2023, immediately after graduating from Kazan State Agrarian University with a degree in ecology. Already today, she heads the department of summary calculations of atmospheric air pollution, a division dealing with the most important issues of protecting the atmosphere from industrial emissions. This fragile girl copes with the most difficult tasks perfectly, for which she has earned recognition from colleagues at the Geocenter and the Ministry of Ecology.
Alsu inherited her love of nature from her father, who devoted his whole life to working as a forest ranger. Since early childhood, she studied plants, observed the life of the forest, and by the time she graduated from high school, she firmly decided to devote herself to environmental protection.
Alsu considers responsibility, honesty, perseverance and hard work to be her main qualities, which, according to her, helped her achieve success. In a short time, she went from a leading specialist to the head of the department, and her conscientious work was awarded a Letter of Thanks from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
"Even the smallest sprout, a flower, inspires me. I want to take care of it, protect him, preserve it," Alsu Sharafutdinova admits, and these words perfectly reflect her attitude not only to nature, but also to work, colleagues, and life in general.
Colleagues note that Alsu is a savvy and competent specialist, whom you can always rely on. "Her professionalism and attention to detail make our team stronger," says one of the employees. Others emphasize her ability to make quick decisions and work in difficult situations, which is especially important in the field of ecology.
Alsou treats not only nature, but also people with warmth and care. She wishes everyone to stay strong in the pursuit of their goals, always keep an interest in business, set goals for themselves and not back down.
