At the age of 33, Ilnaz already heads the department of assessment of planned activities at the Ministry of Ecology, and his professional path is a vivid example of how dedication and love for his native land can determine the path of life. As he says: "I am happy to be part of a team of professionals whose daily efforts and hard work are aimed at ensuring environmental safety in our beautiful republic in the interests of present and future generations." This inspiring approach helps Ilnaz to fully engage in his work, put his soul into projects and make a real contribution to the conservation of Tatarstan's nature.
