On Youth Day, we want to tell you about our young specialists - those who not only work in the Ministry of Ecology, but are passionate about their business.
Meet Alena Topunova— a young, energetic and very motivated girl who has already become an important part of our team.
Alyona is only 20, but she is already the deputy head of the specialized inspection of the Central Territorial Administration. Her professional career in our Ministry began in June 2023, when she joined the position of Chief Specialist. In just a year and a half, thanks to her professionalism, responsibility and hard work, Alena became deputy chief.
She was born in Kazan, speaks fluent English, loves books very much, loves to read foreign classics, practices English and Turkish, and is interested in psychology. She likes the fact that she can be closer to nature and work in a team where she will always be supported and helped.
Colleagues note Alyona's exceptional literacy and her high professional competence. She not only effectively copes with her official duties, but is also always ready to help colleagues – her responsiveness and attentiveness.
In 2024, Alena was awarded a Letter of Thanks recognizing her contribution to the protection of Tatarstan's nature.
We are proud of such young specialists as Alyona, who bring a fresh perspective and energy to the work of the Ministry. It is such dedicated, competent and responsive professionals who are becoming the driving force behind positive environmental changes in Tatarstan!
