The federal project "Water of Russia" of the new national project "Environmental Well-being" has agreed to include two events from the Republic of Tatarstan. This was announced by the Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov at a press conference. This is the clearing of the channels of the Melekeski rivers in Naberezhnye Chelny and Noks with tributaries in Kazan.
Tatarstan became the winner of the All-Russian campaign on cleaning the shores of "Water of Russia", implemented within the framework of the national project "Ecology" (federal project "Conservation of unique water bodies"). According to the results of 2022, 300 thousand people took part in the cleaning of coastal territories in Tatarstan, about 14 thousand km of coastlines were cleaned and 34 thousand cubic meters of garbage were collected.
As part of the action "Water of Russia" of the federal project "Preservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology", campaigns to clean the shores of reservoirs were held in the territorial departments of the Ministry.
400 participants, 106 teams and 305 bags of garbage.
Last weekend, the All-Russian clean-up day "Green Russia" in the format of "Clean Games" was held on Lake Izumrudnoye. The event was held within the framework of the action "Water of Russia" of the federal project "Preservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology".
