The violation was suppressed by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during a survey of the water protection zone of the Lesnoi Zai river. An administrative protocol was drawn up against an individual under Article 8.12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation; at the request of ecologists, the citizen had to disassemble the metal fence.

Violation of environmental legislation, namely the battle of building bricks and wood waste, was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Baumana street, Kazan. Waste littered the territory with a total area of ​​208 square meters, with a volume of 270 cubic meters.

During the audit, it was established that these lands are leased by “Novo-Mikhailovka R” OOO.

In relation to the official, a protocol was drawn up on an administrative offense under article part 1 of article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and a fine of 10 thousand rubles was imposed.

The Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal about littering of the land plot with oil bitumen waste. During the survey, it was found out that the waste oil sludge was placed in a concrete pit, resulting in an overflow spill onto the soil. An administrative investigation was initiated against the perpetrator under Part 1 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The case materials were also transferred to the Department of Internal Affairs of Nizhnekamsk.
