A large landfill was recorded in Zelenodolsk district
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
During the inspection in the village of Aisha, the fact of unauthorized dumping of waste from construction and repair work was recorded. The area of the violation was 747 sq.m.
According to the cadastral map, the land plots on the territory of which the landfill is registered belong to the category of agricultural land, and the owners are individuals. The materials were transferred to the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office for taking measures of prosecutorial response.
