117 teachers from different regions of Russia and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan shared their useful experience in the field of ecology at the conference. The event was held in the premises of Gymnasium named after M.M. Vakhitov of Buinsk town. At the meeting, the issues of the organization of local history research and project activities of schoolchildren and the development of environmental and geographical education were disclosed.
The grand opening of the “Bird Canteen” took place in Beryozka kindergarten of Tetyushi. The children, together with their parents, made canteens for the birds. Now every day, going for a walk, the pupils hurry to pour food for birds in the dining room.
Pupils of the 6th grade of the Tatar-Russian school No. 80 of Kazan visited the analytical laboratory of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The tour was conducted for them by specialists from the Central Specialized Inspectorate for Analytical Control, the event was also attended by inspectors from the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and activists of the “Will Be Clean” environmental youth movement.
A round table was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on topic: “Environmental problems of the Republic of Tatarstan and their solution at the school level”. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Gilyazov, specialists of the Ministry and 2nd year students of the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance of KFU.
Today, a republican scientific and practical environmental conference for schoolchildren “Ecology, the City and We” was held on the basis of secondary school No. 22 of Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was initiated by the Republican Olympiad Center, the Department of Education and Youth Affairs of the Executive Committee of the city, and the Children's Ecological and Biological Center No. 4.
“Earth is visible in the luminaire”. Today pupils of kindergarten No. 190 of Kazan performed in creative costumes made of plastic, paper and other materials, with the popular song of the “Zemlyane” group. The festival was dedicated to the separate collection of garbage. Representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan, the regional operators for MSW management in Tatarstan - “Grinta” and CC “PZhKH” also took part in the event.
An environmental lesson was conducted for pupils of the kindergarten “Solnyshko” of Kaleikino railway station village. At the event, with participation of specialists from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the children solved riddles on the autumn theme, sang songs, classified birds according to the categories of “migratory - wintering” and determined which tree the fallen leaf belongs to.
About how people's actions are reflected in the state of nature, they spoke with pupils of the secondary school named after R.Z. Sagdeyev in Buinsk town. The environmental lesson was conducted by specialists from the Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Together with the children, ecologists examined the changes that occurred on Earth with development of agriculture and industry, and also discussed all the measures necessary to preserve it.
The project “Environmental GTO” has been implemented at Arsk elementary school No. 3 since September last year. The goal of the project is to increase the level of pupils’ knowledge about the laws of animate and inanimate nature, to arouse interest in ecology and to form a responsible attitude to the world around.
In order to create a responsible attitude towards nature among schoolchildren, employees of the Kamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an eco-lesson for schoolchildren “Lyceum No. 78 named after A.S. Pushkin”. During the conversation, eco-activists explained to children how everyday habits affect the well-being of the planet and all its inhabitants.
