Last year, 17 automatic air pollution control stations of the Ministry of Ecology performed more than 4.3 million measurements. Six mobile environmental laboratories conducted monitoring in 105 locations, and also responded to residents' requests.  

The Minister of Ecology spoke about the protection of water bodies and monitoring of rivers and lakes as part of his report to the final board of the department.

Oleg Sinyashin – Scientific Director of the Chemistry department of the A. E. Arbuzov Institute of Organic and Physical Chemistry of the Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences made a report at the final board of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, within the framework of the final board of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, an automated station for the production of a highly efficient and economical combined disinfectant "Chlorine dioxide and chlorine" from available raw materials (sodium chlorate, table salt and sulfuric acid) was presented. The station "ДХ-100" is used for purification and disinfection of drinking, cooling and waste water.

The state awards ceremony of the Republic of Tatarstan was held within the framework of the final board of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The distinguished awards were presented by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin.

The main topics of the plenary meeting were plans for 2020, legislative initiatives adopted in the industry and new bills, development and implementation of the best available technologies, mechanisms to support the most important events of the national project, as well as a number of other topics.
