The event was held within the framework of the “Science of Life” project. The organizer was the Regional Public Organization “Will be clean” of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Kazan State Power Engineering University and the “Movement of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Republic of Tatarstan” with support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Use LED lamps, do not turn on the light unnecessarily, go to the store with your own package, use public transport - this was the conclusion reached by the pupils of the Leskhoz secondary school in the Arskiy district. The event on the “Ecology and Economy” for 7th grade schoolchildren was held by specialists of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the staff of the Ashit State Reserve Park for Biological Resources of the RT.

The ecological path in the Tyulyachinsky kindergarten No. 1 was created by the teachers together with parents of the pupils. On the territory of the kindergarten, they placed such objects of nature as “Meteostation”, “Mushroom meadow”, “Anthill”, “Apiary”, “Bird Dining”, “Coniferous Forest”, “Visiting Birds” and others.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work on environmental education, this time by preparing a series of logic games to attract the attention of the younger generation to issues of caring for the environment.

     A traditional interregional conference was held in Verkhne-Arbashskaya Secondary School. The event was dedicated to the 75th Anniversary of the Great Victory, the 100th Anniversary of the TASSR and the 90th Anniversary of the Kukmorskiy district. Pupils and teachers of educational institutions, specialists of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Russian Geographical Society took part in the work.

An open educational environmental lesson focused on promoting the culture and practice of separate waste collection was held at multi-discipline school No. 181 of the Sovetskiy district of Kazan. The event was organized by Coca-Cola in Russia together with the non-profit movement ECA and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In the lesson, 10-graders were shown a thematic multimedia presentation on separate garbage collection.

In order to form an ecological culture among the younger generation, responsibility for the consequences of human activities, and to foster a respect for nature, a republican contest of children’s associations of municipal regions of the republic “Earth Breath” is held annually.

Together with the Executive Committee of the Supreme Council of the Republican Public Movement “Tatarstan –New Century”, on the basis of the Institute of Ecological Problems of the Republic of Tatarstan, a training workshop on topic “Innovative Technologies for Developing Ecological Competence of Workers of Cultural and Leisure Institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan” was held. The event was attended by scientists from the Institute of Ecology and Subsoil Use of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan (IPEN), specialists from the Kazan City Children's Ecological and Biological Center and Kazan Open University of Talents 2.0.

     The republican seminar “Development of innovative activities of the pre-school educational institution by means of environmental interaction in the system: pupils, parents - teachers and society” was held in the premises of the Teremok kindergarten. The event was attended by the leaders and teachers of preschool institutions, as well as representatives of Zavolzhskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Presentations of environmental projects were presented at the seminar, and the results of the online eco-quest Nature Connoisseurs of the Green Tatarstan project were summed up.

With such a motto, a quiz with elementary school pupils was held in the Novo-Kyrlaiskaya secondary school of Arskiy district within the framework of the “Feed the birds in winter” campaign. Children competed in teams for knowledge of proverbs about birds, and also guessed riddles and puzzles, answered questions with pleasure. The guys set a high pace of activity, which persisted throughout the quiz. For the correct answers, the team “Bullfinch” and “Tit” received pumpkin seeds in the form of points. The winners were determined by a jury composed of teachers and employees of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Specialists of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an environmental lesson with pupils of kindergarten No. 52 of Naberezhnye Chelny. The children watched a filmstrip about birds, collected puzzles depicting animals, answered questions using pictures, and at the end of the lesson drew drawings on an environmental topic.
