The organizer was the Regional Public Organization “Will be clean” of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Kazan State Power Engineering University and the “Movement of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Republic of Tatarstan” with support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
