The storage of construction waste was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry during a raid in the village of Otary in Kazan.
Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens through the "People's Control" system about an unauthorized landfill on the territory of the garage cooperative of the Vdoamovets of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The dumping of production and consumption waste on the soil was discovered by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry during a helicopter flyby on the territory of the Tetyushsky district. During the survey, it was established that the legal entity stored broken glass on its territory.
The organization did not comply with the requirements for the management of production and consumption waste, namely, it did not monitor compliance with the standards for the maximum permissible release of harmful substances into the atmospheric air. "This is only part of the observations from the control and supervisory authorities," the employees of the Directorate of the Federal Bailiffs Service for the Republic of Tatarstan reported.
Construction waste, as well as unsorted garbage from homes littered the territory of the western part of the village of Urussu of the Yutazinsky district. The violation of the environmental legislation was revealed by the inspectors of the Priiksky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period. The total area of the contaminated site was 570 sq. m., the volume – 684 cubic meters.
Tributary of the river Ucha was fenced off by citizen of the village Upper Takanysh of the Mamadysh district, thereby restricted the free access of citizens to the water body. The violation was recorded by the inspectors of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry during the survey of the water protection zone. This fact is a violation of Part 6 and Part 8 of Article 6 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation No. 74-FZ of 03.06.2006 and Federal Law No. 282-FZ dd. 21.10.2013.
Within the framework of the sanitary and ecological two-month period, the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Airat Shigapov, together with the head of the Volzhsko-Kamsky Interregional Department, Fayaz Shakirov, made a helicopter flight over the regions of the republic. The audit revealed 335 violations of environmental legislation. The main part of the violations is the unauthorized dumping of waste.
The Zakamsky territorial administration of the Ministry received an appeal from citizens about an unauthorized dump of rubber tires in the area of the Yuzhnaya highway in Nizhnekamsk. The inspectors of the Zakamsky TA carried out a visit to the address indicated in the appeal. During the environmental survey of the territory, the violation of environmental legislation was confirmed. "The area of the landfill was 55 sq.m., and the number of tires dumped in the ravine was 200 pieces," the environmentalists said.

Inspectors of the Zakamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a raid in Nizhnekamsk to identify the facts of unauthorized discharge of contaminated wastewater. According to the results of inspections fines totaling 44,000 rubles were imposed under art. 8.1 of Administrative Code.
