The territory of the garage cooperative in Avtograd is littered with garbage

Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens through the "People's Control" system about an unauthorized landfill on the territory of the garage cooperative of the Vdoamovets of Naberezhnye Chelny. The staff of the Prikamsky TA immediately carried out the visit to the site. During the survey of the site, the fact of violation of environmental legislation was confirmed. On the spot, environmentalists identified 33 piles of garbage of various classes with a total area of 165 sq. m.

In relation to the guilty person, a protocol on an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article.8.2 The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation was drawn up, a fine was imposed, and a representation on the elimination of offenses was issued.

The dumping of production and consumption waste on the soil was discovered by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry during a helicopter flyby on the territory of the Tetyushsky district. During the survey, it was established that the legal entity stored broken glass on its territory. "These wastes belong to the V hazard class," the environmentalists noted. The area of unauthorized placement was 97 sq. m., the volume amounted to 12 cubic meters.

According to this fact, the guilty person was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection during the collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste", and a fine of 100 thousand rubles was also imposed. At present, the territory is in a sanitary and proper condition.
