Landfill area of 200 sq. m. in the village of Otary liquidated

The storage of construction waste was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry during a raid in the village of Otary in Kazan. The area of unauthorized placement of garbage was 200 sq. m., the volume – 70 cubic meters.

In relation to the guilty person, administrative material under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection during the collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste" was compiled. Currently, the territory is put in order.
