On social networks, concerned Tatarstan residents reported that the Volga River had changed color.

Inspectors of the territorial departments of the Ministry, together with employees of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, continue to carry out measures to identify the operation of vehicles exceeding the standards of toxicity. Since June, 2,192 cars have already been checked on the roads of Tatarstan, of which 188 cars turned out to be in excess.

Today, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with laboratory specialists, went to the Kirovsky district of Kazan following a complaint from residents. Citizens complained of an unpleasant smell and reported that near the house on the Kalymskaya st., 8 a stream of sewage water had formed.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a message from concerned residents. Kazan residents reported that the local pond opposite of the house No. 62 on Adoratsky st. changed color. Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration, together with employees of the Ministry's laboratory, promptly went to the site and took samples of natural water and sediments.

Measures will be taken based on the results of the analysis.

In Tatarstan, a raid continues to identify the operation of vehicles with excess toxicity standards. Inspectors of the territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with employees of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, have already checked 398 cars for exhaust purity, of which 41 cars turned out to be exceeded.

According to a message on social networks about the presence of a film on a pond in the Linked Ponds Park, inspectors and specialists of the laboratory of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a visit to inspect the territory of the 1st stage of the Linked Ponds on Shevchenko Street. Water samples were taken by ecologists. According to the results of the analysis, no exceedances of the maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants were detected.

As part of the environmental monitoring of the Tetyushsky district, inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of unauthorized storage of production and consumption waste. Clutter was recorded on the territory of the village of Uryum. The landfill area was 579 sq. m., the volume was 86 cubic meters.m.

Let us recall that unauthorized storage of mercury lamps on the territory of the Sultan-Ai settlement in Kazan was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry after residents reported on social networks. The total area of the contaminated site was 30 sq.m. A warning about the disposal of the landfill was issued to the owner of the site.

The Priiksky territorial administration of the Ministry received a message through the "Single Duty Dispatch Service" about an oil spill as a result of an accident on the Aznakaevo-Utaza highway. Not far from the village of Karakashli, a Scania fuel tanker overturned into a ditch, resulting in a leak of crude oil. Inspectors together with employees of the Environmental Supervision Department promptly went to the site and took soil samples. The total area of contamination was 25 sq.m. Oil spill response equipment, rescuers and an ambulance also arrived at the scene of the accident. The driver was taken to the hospital.
