Environmentalists took samples at the site of the oil spill in Almetyevsk

The South-Eastern Territorial Administration received a message from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan about an oil spill on the terrain near the Druzhba microdistrict. As a result of the depressurization of the oil pipeline, the soil on an area of 198 sq.m. turned out to be contaminated.

Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology immediately went to the place. At the time of inspection of the territory, the leak was eliminated. Special equipment was working on site. Ecologists have taken samples of soil and air, now the samples are in operation.
