GosPrompt AI assistant to be launched in the MAX messenger in Tatarstan
Tatarstan has adopted a roadmap for the creation, development and popularization of services for the population in the national messenger MAX. By March 2026, GosPrompt, an open AI assistant that will advise users on various issues based on its own knowledge base, will be launched in the application.
In addition, the MAX messenger already has a special chatbot called "State Services of the Republic of Tatarstan", which residents of the republic can use remotely without visiting government institutions:
- transmit meter readings
- pay taxes, state duties, utilities and gas
- pay for kindergarten
- check and pay traffic police fines
- make an appointment with a doctor.
By the end of this year, more than 10 more social government services will appear in the chatbot. To access the services, you need to install the MAX messenger and find the Gosuslugi of the Republic of Tatarstan bot in it.
