Environmentalists have recorded a dump of construction debris on Chkalov Street.
It turned out that the owner of the land plot where the inspectors found the dump is an individual.
A warning was sent to him about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the disposal of landfills.
It should be recalled that administrative liability is provided for such violations in accordance with Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste."
