Inspectors of the Northern Department conducted an environmental lesson at the kindergarten "Sandugach" in Arsk. At first, the children learned about the importance of vegetables and fruits, about vitamins and nutrients contained in the products.
The theory was followed by an exciting practice in the master class. Important attention was paid not only to the culinary process, but also to the safety and hygiene rules, which the inspectors clearly explained to the young chefs. The parents of the children also took part. They not only helped the children, but also shared their own culinary secrets, creating a family and homely atmosphere!
