More than 9 thousand applications have been received by the eco-reception since the beginning of the year, almost half of them through the School Eco-patrol application
9115 appeals have been registered at the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year. The most messages were received in the mobile application "School eco-patrol" - 4351. A 3257 notification was received through the Ministry's Internet reception. 1,326 questions were registered in the People's Control system and 181 on the feedback platform POS.
The most popular issue among residents continues to be the topic of unauthorized landfills and untimely garbage collection. There are 5,959 requests for this issue. Also, 1,255 messages were related to atmospheric air quality, 923 – to water quality, and 978 messages were received on other issues.
8043 appeals have already been reviewed and resolved by environmentalists.
