Arsky District Court ordered Vodokanal-Service to license water intakes
Inspectors of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, during monitoring of the state of water intakes, revealed a violation on the part of Vodokanal-Service LLC. In the subsurface areas near the villages of Murali and Guburchak of the Sizinsky rural settlement, the fact of well operation without a license for the right to use the subsurface has been established.
As environmentalists explain, the previously issued permit for the extraction of groundwater was canceled due to expiration. Violation of the requirements of the subsoil legislation has not been eliminated on a voluntary basis, and therefore, the case continued in court.
The decision of the Arsky District Court supported the position of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. For further use of the subsoil, Vodokanal-Service LLC is required to obtain a license.
