Inspectors of the South-Eastern Department achieved the elimination of the violation through the court
An unauthorized landfill in the Bugulminsky district was eliminated after a lawsuit by environmentalists. Previously, all legal requirements of state inspectors were ignored.
Breakage of bricks and other construction waste at the entrance to the village of Zelenaya Grove was discovered by environmentalists of the Southeastern Territorial Administration during the monitoring of the territories. The area of unauthorized storage was 1.5 thousand square meters.
Upon request to the Office of the Federal Register of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was established that the site is in municipal ownership. In this regard, a warning was sent to the Executive Committee of Bugulma district about the inadmissibility of violating environmental legislation, and then a claim.
Only after applying to the Bugulma city Court, the landfill was liquidated.
