By the International Day without Paper, Tatarstan has collected 61 tons of waste paper

Exactly one month has passed since the start of the All-Russian campaign "BoomBattle" in support of the national project "Ecology". Today, on the International Day without Paper, the interim results of the campaign in the regions have been summed up.

The three most productive leaders now look as follows: Belgorod Region – 161 tons of waste paper, the Republic of Tatarstan with an indicator of 61 tons and the Donetsk People's Republic – 47 tons of paper waste.

Volunteers and local residents brought paper to the reception points, and a significant part of the raw materials were collected thanks to educational institutions. Schools, kindergartens, colleges and universities have been involved in the environmental project since the first day of its operation. In just a month of the campaign, more than 1 thousand tons of paper raw materials were sent for processing, more than 242 thousand people have already become participants in the "BoomBattle".
