The eco-family from Tatarstan received recognition at the All-Russian competition "Family of the Year"
Renat and Aigul Shaikhaidarov from the village of Antonovka, Kamsko-Ustinsky district, are the winners of the All–Russian Family of the Year competition. Their contribution to the development of rural areas, achievements in work, creativity, sports, and child rearing were recognized as one of the most significant and were recognized in the nomination "Rural family".
We know this energetic and active family firsthand. In 2022, the Shaikhaidarovs became the best eco-family following the results of the republican "Eco-spring" campaign. Since 2011, they have planted more than 50 thousand trees and landscaped an area of 100 hectares. They were able to attract other interested volunteers to their eco-initiative.
Together with the Shaikhaidarovs, more than 11 thousand families claimed the title of "Family of the Year". This year's competition is held under the auspices of the Year of the Family, announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
