The court satisfied the claim of environmentalists and ordered the Executive Committee of the Leninogorsk district to eliminate the landfill with an area of 4,200 square meters.
During the monitoring of the Leninogorsk district, inspectors of the Southeastern Department identified a landfill next to a landfill of solid household waste. The total area of the landfill was 4,200 square meters, the volume was 3,800 cubic meters.
A warning was first sent to the Executive Committee of the Leninogorsk district, and then a claim about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
Upon re-departure, it was found that the landfill had not been liquidated, the volume had not decreased.
After refusing to voluntarily comply with the requirements, an application for the elimination of the violation was sent to the Leninogorsk District Court. The claim of the Ministry of Ecology has been satisfied.
Currently, the landfill has been completely eliminated, the territory has been put in proper condition.
