A thematic lesson dedicated to Animal Protection Day was conducted by inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Administration. We talked about the importance of caring for our younger brothers with primary school students of the Kaibitskaya school of the Buinsky district.
For mankind, the animal world has always been, first of all, a source of food, materials for making clothes, medicines, environmentalists stressed. Man has always felt like the king of nature and ruthlessly used its resources for his own good.
The inspectors noted that this attitude has left an indelible mark, and now many species of fauna have simply disappeared or are on the verge of extinction. All rare species of animals are listed in the Red Book and remain under special protection.
"It is important for children to be reminded of the main natural problems and tasks. After our lessons, a distinct "ecological light" lights up in their eyes," said Leysan Gimatdinova, a specialist at the Zavolzhsky TA.
To consolidate their knowledge, the children were presented with coloring books and handed memos about the careful use of natural resources.
