The damage is over 1 million rubles. Illegal dumping of construction waste sites was recorded in Almetyevsk
KAMAZ was caught committing an environmental crime by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology in Almetyevsk. At the time of the ecologists' arrival, the site was being filled with construction breakage waste on the territory of the former garden society "Builder-2". Information about the recorded offense has now been transferred to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Almetyevsk district. Environmentalists are also dealing with the owners of the territory on whose sites waste was illegally stored.
According to data from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, violations were detected within the boundaries of three land plots belonging to an individual, a legal entity and one plot owned by the municipality. The total area of unauthorized waste disposal is 681 sq.m.
A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk district about the inadmissibility of violations and the need to eliminate warehousing. The Tatar Environmental Protection Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office will be responsible for bringing the legal entity to administrative responsibility.
Environmentalists have also calculated the damage caused to the environment. It amounted to over 1 million rubles.
