Local governments can also take part in the ECO-leader competition
This week we continue to tell you in more detail about participation in the republican contest "ECO-leader" in support of the national project "Ecology". Our next competition group is "Local governments".
It includes 2 nominations:
- For achievements in the field of environmental protection in the territory of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- For achievements in the field of environmental protection in the territory of rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan.
A prerequisite for participation in the competition is to fill out an application. What should be reflected in the application:
- The number of separate waste collection points;
- The share of enterprises registered in the federal state information system for accounting and control of waste management of hazard classes I and II;
- The number of measures aimed at improving the quality of drinking water;
- The number of vehicles powered by natural gas fuel;
- The area of the landscaped area;
- The number of restored or rehabilitated water bodies;
- The number of equipped springs;
- Information coverage in the media, the number of news reports.
The presentation is made at will, in any form. We recommend that the admission committee pay attention to the implemented projects and activities in the field of environmental protection.
