Failure to take timely measures led to the expansion of the landfill to 1.2 thousand m2 in the Almetyevsk district
In early August, between the village of Tikhonovka and the village of Nizhny Maktama inspectors of the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology have identified an illegal landfill. At the time of detection, the clutter area was 50 sq.m. According to the Office of the Federal Register of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was established that the territory is in municipal ownership. In this regard, a warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk district.
There are about 2 weeks left before the deadline for fulfilling the environmentalists' requirement, but the landfill is not only not being eliminated, but on the contrary, continues to grow in size. Today, environmentalists have gone to the site again - the area of clutter has increased tenfold and is 1200 sq.m.
In case of failure to take measures to eliminate unauthorized waste disposal within the prescribed period, claim and claim work will be initiated against the owner of the territory.
