Deputy Minister Egor Tarnavsky congratulated agricultural students on the start of the academic year
Today, Kazan State Agrarian University hosted an opening exercises dedicated to the Day of Knowledge. Yegor Tarnavsky, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, was among the honored guests who addressed the children.
"The leaders of our republic are a vivid example of the high–quality education that is given within the walls of the university. I am sure that you will receive both traditional knowledge and modern innovative foundations of the entire educational process," the speaker noted in his welcoming speech. He also stressed that the food, industrial, and environmental safety of our country will be based primarily on the young people.
"We, as the Ministry of Ecology, will be happy to welcome you within the walls of both industry enterprises and our Ministry. Special words of gratitude to your mentors, your teachers for the level of knowledge they provide. Once again, this is a level, this is a sign of the quality of the educational process," the head of the environmental protection agency stressed.
Evgeny Bakhirev, a 2nd year student of the Faculty of Forestry and Ecology, was awarded for his environmental education and active participation in practical environmental protection measures in the Republic of Tatarstan. Yegor Tarnavsky handed him a letter of thanks from the Ministry.
