At the end of June, 6 saker falcon chicks were taken to the Kamsko-Ustinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, where they were under the protection of ornithologists and volunteers, and later released into the wild. All the falcons started to fly, began to hunt independently and explore new territories. When the younger chicks are unable to find prey, they arrive in the evenings to feed themselves. Feeding will always be provided for the saker falcons in hake, they will be able to return at any time and find food here.
Let us recall that in June 2023, 10 chicks were delivered to the Kamsko-Ustinsky district and released into the wild. In 2024, the Ministry of Ecology's project to revive the Volga-Kama Saker falcon population in support of the national Ecology project continues with the support of the SIBUR grant system, as well as thanks to the high assessment from the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia.
