Early termination of the license threatens the subsoil user from Tyulyachinsky district for violation of production conditions
During an on-site survey of the Tyulyachinsky district, inspectors of the Northern Territorial Administration revealed working special equipment on agricultural lands. Mining operations were carried out within the boundaries of the Alanskoye-2 field without transferring land to the appropriate category and changing the type of permitted use.
After the revealed violation, the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan sent a letter to the address of the subsoil user on the restriction of the right to use the subsoil. At the specified time, the Ministry did not receive requests to change the land category, which means that the extraction of CUM continues to be conducted with violations.
The issue of early termination of the license is currently being considered. All the case materials were sent to the Prosecutor's Office of Tyulyachinsky district to initiate administrative proceedings under Part 2 of art.7.3 The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
