The opening of the Mamadysh camp "Children of the Galaxy" was marked by the presentation of eco-posters
"We are the children of the Galaxy, but most importantly, we are your children, dear Earth!" The lines from the Soviet song "The Attraction of the Earth" have a special, ecological sound today and, as well as possible, characterize the concept of the summer camp with the same name "Children of the Galaxy" that opened in Mamadysh.
The tent camp is located in one of the picturesque corners of our republic. A sunny glade surrounded by forest sheltered children from different cities of Tatarstan. From the first day of their stay in the camp, the children began to prepare for the opening of the shift, which took place in the form of an eco-lesson. Together with the counselors, they prepared mini-projects on environmental protection.
The opening was fun and, most importantly, informative. The guys answered the quiz questions together, defended their projects presented in the form of hand-drawn posters. An important point of each performance was the reflection of the rules of behavior in the forest: do not leave garbage behind, treat plants, animals, and birds with care. The problems of pollution of the oceans, garbage dumps, which emit harmful emissions into the atmosphere, were also voiced in the speeches of teenagers.
It is encouraging to understand that a generation of environmentally literate, responsible children of the galaxy is growing. And the generous and hospitable Mamadysh land will be happy to share its riches with them: the sun, fresh air, and greenery of forests.
It should be noted that such events contribute to environmental education and education of the younger generation - the key task of the national project "Ecology".
