The regional youth public organization "It will be Clean" of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, launched a tent camp for schoolchildren. A week-long program on the subject of "laws of nature" is planned on the basis of the children's camp "Baitik" in the village of Krutushka.

The participants of the shift are children from 10 to 16 years old who are interested in environmental education, natural science and local history activities. The club of like-minded people gathered 42 participants from 14 municipalities of the republic.

Today, Olga Artemyeva, Head of the Department of Environmental Education and Interaction with Public Organizations of the Ministry of Ecology, met with the participants of the shift. The children were introduced to the ongoing contests and promotions, told about the opportunities that the Ministry provides for the younger generation. They discussed topics of interest to them, where they can try their hand. "The Ministry of Ecology pays special attention to environmental education of the younger generation. The Eco-spring competition has recently ended, with educational organizations of the republic becoming active participants," the speaker noted. Among the current competitions, the ecologist highlighted the project "School Eco-patrol", where students can participate independently. And since September, the acceptance of applications for the republican Eco-leader competition will begin.

Educational, cultural and entertainment events are planned in the shift program. These are contests, excursions to the Volga-Kama State Natural Biosphere Reserve and the Blue Lakes Nature Reserve, as well as events aimed at developing children's sports and creative skills.
