The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan supported the demands of the Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan and ordered Stroykonsult LLC to compensate millions of damages

1.28 million rubles is the amount of damage caused to the environment as a result of illegal mining in the waters of the Ik River. Inspectors of the Priiksky territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan issued the first warning to the violator back in June 2022. In the absence of the right to use the water body and a license to extract CUM, the company illegally extracted over 4 thousand cubic meters of sand.

According to the results of the consideration of the case in the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the statement of claim of the specialists of the Ministry of Ecology was satisfied. The amount of damage must be recovered from the violator in full.
