As part of the sanitary and environmental two-month period, inspectors of the Kama Department monitored the territory in Yelabuga and Mendeleevsk.
In Yelabuga, on Tugarova Street, the fact of unauthorized storage of household and construction waste was revealed. The landfill area was 42 sq.m.
The Executive Committee of the city was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements of environmental legislation. The violation has now been eliminated.
In Mendeleevsk, a landfill of construction waste was also found on Trade Union Street. The landfill area was 54 sq.m.
