Inspectors of the South-Eastern Department left on an appeal about the dumping of construction waste on the soil
Through the People's Control system, a message was received about the dumping of construction waste on a land plot in the Ursala microdistrict of Almetyevsk. Inspectors of the Southeastern Department promptly went to Zai Street.
During the inspection of the territory, the fact of waste storage was confirmed. Local residents also managed to film the moment when waste was dumped onto the soil from a KAMAZ vehicle. It turned out that two land plots belong to individuals, and part of the territory is in municipal ownership. The waste was dumped in the coastal protection zone and the water protection zone of the Steppe Zai River.
The total area of contamination was 2,866 sq.m. The area of contamination of one of the sites belonging to a physical person is 1500 sq.m., the area of contamination of the second land plot is 320 sq.m., 1046 sq.m. pollution is already a plot owned by the municipality.
A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Almetyevsk district about the inadmissibility of violating environmental legislation and eliminating landfills. Also, the South-Eastern Department sent information to the prosecutor's office of the city of Almetyevsk to bring the perpetrators to administrative responsibility and take measures of prosecutorial response.
