The Arbitration Court of the Republic ruled in favor of environmentalists
Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology, as part of the consideration of citizens' appeals, revealed the unauthorized dumping of scrap and pieces of concrete in Nizhnekamsk. A local resident was able to capture on video the vehicle from which the waste was dumped. To clarify the owner of the transport, a request was sent to the department of the State Road Safety Inspectorate for the Nizhnekamsk district. After clarifying all the circumstances of the case, it turned out that Citystroy M was responsible for the unauthorized discharge.
Upon the fact of an environmental violation, damage in the amount of 66,500 rubles was calculated and presented. However, Citystroy M refused to compensate for the damage.
The Ministry of Ecology has sent a claim for damages to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The environmentalists' claims were satisfied, the court ordered the violator to compensate for the damage. The amount was forcibly recovered, the landfill was liquidated.
