45 thousand people across the Republic have already taken part in the two-month sanitary campaign
A sanitary and environmental two-month period has started in Tatarstan since April 1. In the first two weeks of the eco-event, 45 thousand residents of the Republic have already taken part in it.
Municipalities exported more than 11 thousand cubic meters of solid household waste, 573 units of equipment were involved in cleaning the territories.
The Ministry of Ecology together with Rosprirodnadzor, Rospotrebnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor, traffic police, Gosstroynadzor, the Ministry of Forestry, the Veterinary Department, the Housing Inspectorate, and municipalities revealed 233 violations, of which 207 were in terms of unauthorized waste disposal. Starting from April 1, joint visits were conducted with representatives of the GBU "Road Safety" in 8 districts of the Republic (Tukaevsky, Alekseevsky, Aznakaevsky, Laishevsky, Leninogorsk, Yelabuga, Alkeevsky, Apastovsky municipal districts) in order to inspect roadside lanes and highway diversion lanes.
Enterprises of the transport complex of the republic collected 980 cubic meters of solid household waste from the right-of-way lanes, 675 people and 148 units of special equipment are involved.
Information about violations detected by citizens of the republic is received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception through all communication channels. In just two weeks of the two-month period, 686 applications were received by the public reception, 524 of them are issues related to waste and garbage.
The work carried out within the framework of the two-month sanitary cleaning continues.
