As part of the sanitary and environmental two-month period, inspectors of the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology conducted monitoring of the territory of the Sovetsky district of Kazan.
In order to identify unauthorized waste storage sites, inspectors from the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology examined the Sovetsky district of Kazan. During the survey, 8 facts of violation of environmental legislation were revealed. Thus, unauthorized storage of car tires was detected in the village of Konstantinovka on the territory adjacent to the car service of IP Gushchin E.S. The second violation, namely the storage of construction debris, including bulky, after the repair of residential premises was discovered at the address 2nd Azinskaya Street, next to house No. 1B. Another fact of unauthorized storage of household waste was revealed in Sultan Ai village, on Hezmat Street.
In addition, inspectors recorded 5 violations in the territories adjacent to the container sites: on 2nd Azinskaya Street near house No. 1D; in the village of Konstantinovka on Mira Street, next to house No. 36b; in the village of Bolshye Fangs on Oktyabrskaya Street, next to house No. 112; at the container site on Bolshaya Street in the village of Vishnevka and at the container site on Ryleeva Street in the village of Dalny.
Warnings about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory legal requirements will be sent to the Executive Committee for all identified facts.
It should be noted that earlier, due to the cluttering of the adjacent territory of the container site on Ryleeva St., in the village of Dalny, warnings were already issued to the Executive Committee to eliminate the violation. However, at the time of departure, the clutter had not been eliminated. Consequently, the Ministry of Ecology is currently carrying out work of a claim-based nature.
