314 applications were received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception for the period from April 8 to April 14. Unauthorized landfills have become the most pressing issue of concern to the population. 236 messages were received on this topic in a week. So, during an on-site survey of the territory of the Cheremshansky district, inspectors of the South-Eastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology discovered unauthorized waste disposal. In the village of Cheremshan, an unauthorized landfill was discovered on Beregovaya Street, consisting of scrap side stones, paving stones, cobblestones and wood waste. A warning was sent to the head of the Cheremshansky rural settlement about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation and the requirement to eliminate the violation within 60 days.
Also last week, 31 complaints were received about the quality of atmospheric air and 30 complaints about water quality.
In total, since the beginning of the year, 1,527 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception. 482 of them were sent via the School Eco-patrol mobile application, 256 messages came through the People's Control system, 63 were registered on the POS feedback platform and 726 notifications were received through the Ministry's communication channels.
