The court supported the environmentalists' demands to recover 126,880 rubles from Igenche LLC for environmental damage.
In July 2022, during an on-site survey of the territory of the Tyulyachinsky district by inspectors of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology, the fact of unauthorized placement of production and consumption waste on the soil in the village of Kazaklar was revealed. According to the statement of the Unified State Register of Real Estate, the owner of this site is LLC Igenche. Environmentalists calculated and presented the damage caused to the environment in the amount of 126,880 rubles. The damage was not paid voluntarily. The Ministry of Ecology has sent a claim for damages to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Arbitration Court of the republic, having considered the case materials, in May 2023 decided to satisfy the environmentalists' demand and recover damages from Igenche LLC. However, the organization filed an appeal against the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Republic.
In August of the same year, by the decision of the Eleventh Appellate Arbitration Court, the appeal of LLC Igenche was dismissed. But the matter did not end there. On the part of LLC Igenche, a cassation appeal was filed against the decision of the court of first instance and against the decision of the court of appeal to the Arbitration Court of the Volga District. On February 29, 2024, the Arbitration Court of the Volga District did not support the cassation of LLC Igenche and dismissed the complaint.
