Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology went to the Kukmor district on a complaint about air quality
Through the feedback platform, a complaint was received from residents of the village of Beekeeper about an unpleasant smell, presumably from the factory of LLC Kama. Inspectors of the Northern TA, together with employees of the mobile environmental laboratory, left on request.
A survey of the territory at the address Novaya str., 20 was conducted and atmospheric air samples were taken.
According to the results of the study, no excess pollutants were detected in the air.
However, according to the Federal Law, objects that have a negative impact on the environment are subject to state registration by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in economic and (or) other activities at these facilities at the federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Registration is carried out on the basis of an application submitted by legal entities or individual entrepreneurs no later than within six months from the date of commencement of operation of these facilities. Kama LLC does not have publicly registered facilities in the Register of Objects with negative Environmental impact. In this regard, the plant has been issued a warning on state registration.
